About these terms
These terms cover your use of nextstage.care. By using the site, you accept them. The site is run by Next Stage Advisory, and you can contact us at hello@nextstage.care.
What is published here is general information
Everything on this site — the articles in Insights, the descriptions of how we work, the material about the workshop — is general information about running a family-owned care business. It is not legal, financial, regulatory or professional advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances.
Reading this site does not make you a client. No advisory relationship begins until we have agreed one with you in writing.
Please take your own professional advice before acting on anything you read here. Where we write about law, regulation or policy, that position can change, and we do not undertake to keep older articles up to date.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry through this site does not commit either of us to anything. We will reply where we can, but we cannot promise a response or a particular timescale. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the enquiry form.
Our content
The words, images, illustrations, logos and design on this site belong to Next Stage Advisory or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own use, and to quote short extracts with a credit and a link. Please ask us before republishing substantial parts of the site or using our name or marks.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another organisation, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content.
Availability
We try to keep the site available, accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove content at any time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on what it says.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
